Who Is Cherry Gold?
Hi there my names Aziah Santiago creator and technician of Cherry Gold. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I recieved my diploma in Medical Office Administration a year after high school graduation and I have worked in the medical industry ever since. Following this I have worked for a number of doctors and various specialty clinics. This experience has expanded my knowledge in many ways but I knew there was one thing missing..
Someone close to me said something that struck my mind. Which was, "What do you want to do as your career? What is something you'd LOVE to do for a living?" This struck me because I never really thought about it. Yes I do have good job experience that would excel my skills in the medical industry, but the idea of being my own boss became more intriguing.
Not too long after, I decided to take a course for lash extensions which inspired me a year later to take a hair braiding technician course. My favourite feeling is the feeling I get after seeing a client with a smile on her face walking out the door; knowing that I've made them feel beautiful. I continuously fall in love with the art everyday, which is how I know that I have found my true passion.

Lash Extensions
Lash extensions are a semi-permanent approach to the cosmetic industry and are in high demand! In the process of application each synthetic lash/lashes are applied to one natural lash to enhance your eyes without the need for makeup. What is great about lash extensions is that they are customizable to suit any style; whether you like the natural look, full out glam or even a mix of both , we got you covered!
Braids
Box braids and cornrows are two different styles of braiding. Ever wanted to try out a new hair style, add some color or length to your natural hair? Braids can come in different lengths or thicknesses with endless possbilities of styles. They are also suitable for all looks from everyday fashion to business casual. All at your request!
Box Braids
Hair is parted into small to large sections (size depending on client size preference). A synthetic hair extension is weaved into the natural hair in 3 parts, from the root off the scalp all the way through to the ends.
Cornrows
Hair is parted into long sections. Syntheic hair extension is weaved into natural hair close to the scalp through to the ends. This look is also offered without extensions!
