How to Wear:
1. Place nose cuff along the side of nose, ensure that one side of cuff is  placed on inner part of nostril
2. Place your indec finger and thumb on each side of cuff
3. Press cuff together to tighten against the inner and oouter part of the nose that cuff is placed
4. ENJOY!
